    We talk through what you need, how many hours, what kind of teammate. Plain-English conversation, no card on file, no commitment to anything yet.

  2. Match + interview

    We bring you a few hand-picked candidates from our vetted bench. You interview, you pick. If nobody is the right fit, we keep looking — still no cost to you.

  3. Onboarding

    Your chosen teammate gets onboarded into your systems, equipped with the hardware they need, and shadows your team while they ramp up. We handle it all — and you still haven't paid us a cent.

  4. First invoice — day one of work

    Once your teammate is on the keyboard doing real work, billing starts. Same flat monthly rate every month, on a predictable cadence.

Pricing — straight answers.

Are there any setup fees, hidden costs, or long-term contracts?

No setup fee. No annual contract. You pay month-to-month, and you don't pay anything until your teammate is chosen, onboarded, and on the keyboard doing real work for you. We invest the recruiting and onboarding cost up front because most clients stay multiple years — and because surprise fees are how trust gets broken.

Does the monthly price ever change?

Your rate is locked for the first 12 months. After that, the contract includes a modest annual cost-of-living adjustment — typically around 5% — so your teammate continues to earn competitive raises and stays on your account long-term. The COL terms are agreed in writing before kickoff so there are no surprises in year two.

What if I need a senior or specialized teammate?

The headline pricing on this page assumes our standard mid-tier teammate (college-educated, 4+ years experience, generalist or one specialty). For senior placements, niche specialties (multilingual, advanced bookkeeping, specific software stacks), or roles where you need a particularly experienced person on day one, the rate adjusts. We quote that on the discovery call once we know exactly what you need.

What's NOT included in the $1,195/month price?

Software licenses you want under YOUR account (e.g. a paid Notion seat, your CRM seat) are passed through at cost. We do not invoice for tools you already own. We also don't charge for replacement, training, or HR — those are baked in.

How does the $6.95/hr math work?

$1,195 ÷ 160 hours = ~$7.47/hr loaded. We round to $6.95/hr in the headline because most clients use 165–170 hrs in any given month with the included buffer. The headline number assumes a typical month, not the contractual minimum.

Is the equivalent local hire really $4,000–$6,000/month?

For a US W-2 hire at $22–25/hr (typical mid-tier admin/CX/ops band) plus burdened cost (~30% benefits, payroll tax, equipment, onboarding overhead), $4,000–$6,000/month all-in is a conservative estimate. Many clients save more than 80%.

Can I scale up or down month-to-month?

Yes. The fractional tier scales in 10-hour blocks above the 20hr minimum, and you can move from fractional to full-time in any billing cycle. Going the other direction (full-time → fractional) takes 30 days notice so we can re-staff cleanly.

What if I want to swap teammates or my teammate moves on?

Easy. If you ever want a swap — or a teammate moves on — we handle the re-staffing at no extra cost. Most clients never need to do this; our retention is high. The option is built in so you stay in control of who's on your team, and you don't have to start an awkward conversation — we run that.
