Customer service
One college-educated teammate, assigned to your account only, answering your customers across every channel you cover. You interview the finalists and choose. We carry the employment, the coaching and the coverage behind them.
A free, no-prep call — yours to use however you want.
Your voice, held steady
Your customers cannot tell the difference between a policy and a mood. They can absolutely tell the difference between someone who knows your business and someone reading a script for the first time — and they decide whether to come back on that basis.
A dedicated teammate builds the thing a pooled queue cannot: memory. They learn the five questions that make up most of your volume, the two that need you, and the phrasing you would use for the awkward one. By month two they are correcting the help docs instead of asking about them.
Same person, your business hours, your account only. If you are weighing that against a listings platform or a task app, the three models compared is the page for that decision.
What "brand voice" means here
Phone, inbox, chat
Your help desk, your phone system, your shared inbox, your CRM, the chat widget already on your site. We add a basic onboarding portal for the first week of paperwork and training notes — and that is the only thing on your screen that is ours. Nobody on your team learns a new dashboard to hand work over.
Inbound calls answered in your business hours by someone who knows your product, your policies and which questions need you. Callbacks logged, voicemails cleared, nothing left ringing into an inbox nobody owns.
A shared support inbox worked down to zero on a schedule you set: order and account questions, refunds and exchanges inside your rules, scheduling, the follow-up that decides whether a customer comes back. Escalations arrive at your desk already summarised.
Live chat and messages held to your tone rather than a canned-response library — with the judgement to know when a chat should become a call. Quiet stretches get spent on the queue and the help docs instead of idling.
More on that deliberately small footprint: why we don't hand you another app to learn.
You interview, you choose
We do the recruiting and the managing. The one call that is yours is the one that matters: whether this is the person you want talking to your customers.
One call about your customers, your channels, your hours and the three questions that come up most. We are listening for the shape of the role — how much phone, how much inbox, where the judgement calls live — because that determines who we go looking for.
Our HR team works the pipeline and brings you a short list of college-educated candidates with customer-facing experience. You interview them and you choose. If nobody sounds right on the phone, that is useful information and we keep looking at no cost.
Your accounts, your help desk, your phone system, your policies. They shadow your team, handle a supervised queue, then take it over. Onboarding for a common CX placement runs about a week end to end, and billing does not start until they are doing real work.
The part most CX help never gets: someone whose job is quality. They review calls and threads, coach on tone and accuracy, catch a slipping metric before you notice it, and stay the same person for the length of the engagement.
Behind the placement
Your teammate is our employee. That is the whole point of the model, and it is where most of the work you never see actually happens — hiring, payroll, equipment, coaching, and the awkward days when somebody is unwell during your busiest hour.
You manage the work. You do not manage an employment relationship in another country, chase an invoice from a contractor, or rebuild a hiring pipeline from scratch when somebody's life changes.
We have been doing this for more than 15 years, with clients who have stayed for years — the floor management layer is why.
Recruiting, employment, wages, benefits and time off sit with us. One monthly invoice on your side.
Someone whose job is listening to real calls and reading real threads, then coaching against your tone — not a dashboard metric.
Sick days and planned leave are covered from the floor by someone briefed on your account, so your phone is still answered.
If the fit is wrong, we recruit again and you interview again. You are not left restarting a search alone.
The same structure applies to every role we fill — how the engagement works covers it end to end.
Timeline
For a common customer service placement, about a week covers it: the discovery call, our recruiting pass, your interviews, your decision, then onboarding into your tools and your policies. Specialised roles — a second language, healthcare or medical billing exposure, a regulated script — take longer, and we will say so on the call rather than after you have signed.
We would rather be a few days slower and have you pick the person. The full week, step by step is written out on its own page, including what happens when a search runs long.
Before you are billed
The discovery call, the recruiting, your interviews and the onboarding all happen before your first invoice. Billing starts when your teammate is on the keyboard doing real work — which is also why we are not motivated to rush the match.
The billing cadence and the contract terms are laid out on the pricing page.
Every teammate is college-educated, brings 4+ years of experience, and clears a screening process that accepts only a small fraction of applicants — the caliber of teammate you'd be glad to have on your team.

Pricing snapshot
A dedicated CX teammate on one all-in monthly rate, or a fractional block if your volume only needs an hour or two a day. Recruiting, onboarding, equipment, HR and floor management are inside the number either way.
Dedicated teammate
There throughout your business day
Working on what you need, when you need it
Dedicated staff, available throughout your business day — picking up whatever's piling up: email, scheduling, follow-ups, the work that keeps slipping. You don't fill a job description; you gain a teammate who learns your business and stays for the long haul.
Fractional / part-time
Fractional
When you only need a few hours a day
A few hours a day from a dedicated teammate — perfect for things like social media posting, light email triage, or weekly reports. Not a shared rep splitting time across other clients' accounts; your hours are blocked for you, with the same vetted person every shift.

Your customers are waiting
A short call about your channels, your volume and your hours. We'll tell you what the right CX placement looks like — and if it is fractional rather than a full day, we'll say that too.
