We recruit, vet, train and employ every teammate we place, then keep HR, payroll and floor managers behind your dedicated team. A marketplace hands you a stranger and a rating. Most virtual assistant companies sit somewhere between the two. It is worth knowing which one you are actually hiring.
A person is easy to find. A company is what keeps them.
Anyone can put a profile in front of you. The question worth
asking is what happens in month seven, when the work doubles, or
when something is being done wrong and nobody has said so yet.
That's the part we're built for. Recruiting, vetting, training,
payroll, equipment and floor management
are ours. You get your dedicated team
and one point of accountability, for 15+ years and counting with growing US businesses.
People use virtual assistant agency
and virtual assistant company
to mean the same thing. What is not the same is what you get
after the introduction. Some firms hand you a contractor and
step back out. Payroll, coverage, and every problem that comes
with employment then land on you. We keep that, and we stay in
the room afterwards.
Every teammate is college-educated, brings 4+ years of experience, and clears a screening process that accepts only a small
fraction of applicants, the caliber of teammate you'd be glad
to have on your team.

"Company, not marketplace" is easy to say. Here's what it
actually obliges us to, in the three places the difference
shows up. If you're earlier than that and still working out which role you actually need, start there instead.
01
We employ them. You direct them.
Your teammate is a full-time employee on our side of the table: payroll, benefits, equipment, time-off coverage, the lot. You get their whole working day and none of the employer admin. A marketplace transfers all of that to you and calls it flexibility.
02
Somebody is accountable when it wobbles
Every team has a floor manager who stays the same person for the length of the engagement. They coach, they course-correct, and they notice a problem before you have to raise it. On a gig platform the escalation path is a support ticket and a refund window.
03
The relationship survives a bad match
If the fit is wrong we re-staff at no cost and run the awkward conversation ourselves. Most clients never need it, because interviewing real finalists and a shadow week catch it early. But it is the difference between a company standing behind a placement and a listing going dark.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to a teammate worth keeping.
The same playbook we've run for 15+ years. Every step has a clear ask, a clear next step, and clear ownership: none of it is on you to chase.
01 / 03
Discover
We hop on a call to understand your business, the work draining your team, and the personality of teammate who'd actually fit. No slide deck, no pitch, just the conversation we'd want if we were hiring. Many clients leave with a clearer job description than they walked in with.
02 / 03
Match
We hand-pick from our bench of vetted, college-educated teammates and introduce a finalist or two we'd bet on for your role. You interview, you choose. If nobody clicks, we keep looking: your bench is unfair to you, not to us.
03 / 03
Onboard
Your dedicated teammate gets running on your tools, your tone, and your playbook. We handle HR, IT, payroll, equipment, and floor management, including coverage when life happens. You direct the work; we run everything around it.
Vs the alternatives
Company, agency, freelancer, in-house.
Cost is one part of the decision. Capability is the other. The same dollar buys very different things depending on who you hire from: here's the honest comparison.

Dedicated teammate
There throughout your business day
Working on what you need, when you need it
Dedicated staff, available throughout your business day, picking up whatever's piling up: email, scheduling, follow-ups, the work that keeps slipping. You don't fill a job description; you gain a teammate who learns your business and stays for the long haul.
Dedicated to your business. Not shared, not stacked
A few hours a day from a dedicated teammate: perfect for things like social media posting, light email triage, or weekly reports. Not a shared rep splitting time across other clients' accounts; your hours are blocked for you, with the same vetted person every shift.

Building out a team?
We place multiple teammates in parallel: say a few customer service reps, or staff you'll train into your own systems.

Frequently asked
What buyers ask about the company.
Are you a virtual assistant company or a marketplace?
A company. We recruit, interview, vet, train, employ and manage every teammate we place, and we stay accountable for the placement afterwards. A marketplace introduces you to a stranger and takes a cut; the vetting, the management and the risk stay with you.
Who actually employs my virtual assistant?
We do. Your teammates are full-time on our payroll with benefits, equipment, and a floor manager, and they work on your team only. You direct the work day-to-day exactly as you would with an in-house hire. We carry the employment relationship behind it.
How long have you been doing this?
More than 15 years of staffing dedicated teams for US businesses: long before this way of working was normal. The recruiting pipeline, the vetting steps, and the onboarding playbook are the parts that took that long to get right, and they're what you're buying as much as the person.
Is my teammate shared with other clients?
No. Dedicated means dedicated: the same people, full-time on your team, every day. If you only need part-time coverage we have a fractional plan with a smaller block of hours and the same caliber of teammate. But it's still your team, not a pooled queue.
Who owns the work my teammate produces?
You do. All deliverables (documents, designs, code, copy, data) are work-for-hire, owned by you. IP ownership is settled contractually before day one.
What happens if my teammate leaves or I want a change?
We handle the re-staffing at no extra cost, and we run the conversation so you don't have to. Most clients never use it (retention is high, and placements routinely run for years) but it's built in so you stay in control of who's on your team.
